Ive been taking Materna daily vitamins for hair growth finally here is an update sorry its been soo long i think it is working but tips that i also think has helped are: 1. only washing your scalp and conditioning the ends 2. deep conditioning at least once a week 3. stretching the time you wash your hair as long as you can 4. using less heat 5. always use a heat protectant (i use the tresemme its like .99ish) 6. massaging your scalp daily the vitamins have also helped me to stay healthier and not be so tired all the time with weird sleeping patterns once again i am not preggo, if you are my favourite ladies are: www.youtube.com [shes pregnant again yay!] www.youtube.com [she had baby ryan!]

but i use the Materna vitamins by Centrum
but whatever kind you buy will most likely have the same dosages of vitamins
you could ask the people that work there for what they recommend
but i honestly recommend the prenatal vitamins over vitamins that promote hair/nail growth

i’ve had thin hair since i was a baby. I am 14, btw. My thin hair was genetic and i am taking both biotin and prenatal pills. It’s only been a few weeks since i’ve been taking the biotin, and i just bought the prenatal vitamins yesterday. I’m scared that I wasted time and money and they might not work. How long did it take you to see results? And does it matter which brand you get? I got the basic walgreens kind because it had more in it.
@torbor9 i honestly dont think the brand matters, as long as it has all the same vitamins and whatever else lol, honestly take them for 3 months at least to see results though
