cheesey presentation. Might wanna invest in a projector or some type of powerpoint board.

This man simply hasno idea what he’s talking about! It would cost the listing agent $ with this program. My office fees per listing is $750 that’B4 I can get any $. In my area, the discount brokerages are closing.We are now in a time where its critical to niche market to key individuals to actually get a home sold.
The short answer is that if you Google flat fee listing services you will find several dozen for each state for less than $500 and most are well under that. The Bottom Line is that this does work because it is just common sense.
This type of listing does work. Of course you do have to pay for your own marketing, show the property and do all your own open houses, etc…, but if you we’re just going to try to selling it as a For Sale By Onwer property, you would be doing this anyway. His system is about the only other way to get your property on the MLS without a listing agent. Again, these ideas are simply designed to give you some creative ideas on getting extra exposure when selling your house…

He has no clue…marketing, ads, print material, virtual tours, MLS could be in 2 county’s…..It’s the marketing by the LISTING Agent that will attract the buyers.
Would like to agree with you only if it were true. Who reads print media anymore? I am not saying all listing agents are bad. But even on a 200K house, someone could spend 2 or 4 k on TV ads, Ad words, & have a better chance of selling a house & come out 9k ahead of the game. In Ohio, 65% of the properties are sold without an Agent these days. Then it comes down to who has the buyer, not usually the listing agent. Only the smart ones are going to be left in 3 years or so. Convince me.

I think you must be the worst investor in the world this process makes no sence. yes the selling agent makes more connections with the buyers because the listing agen markets to the selling agent not the community. get a job and stop trying to figure out how sav e a buck because you 200k home is going to be on the market forever.
I am not sure what to respond to as I have no clue as to what you are talking about. This system rewards the person doing the Work. Or you can just spend $5,000 on a bunch of TV spots on your home on a local TV station and save money and get it sold. ๐
It is a rip when the listing agent gets paid X% of the total amount of the listing price. Because most of the time the seller has a mortgage amount pending plus all the closing costs and repair, if there is any. No wonder old houses keep going up and up on prices, the sellers are forced into adding to the price of the house all that in order not to lose part of their principal.

I don” blame you for not showing your face…I would advise anyone watching this to be very careful and do your homework. He’s not telling you that you are representing yourself. The “Selling Agent” is a Buyer’s agent and is putting the Buyer’s interest ahead of your interest in the transaction. And that’s just for starters…Be Careful!
And I have seen selling agents screw up deals because it cut into their commission and kill deals that the seller would have taken and desperately needed. Peddle the BS elsewhere. ๐ 90% of the agents out there are mediocre and the 10% good ones and the 90% of the bad ones know this…
