I think she means internally, although some people use eggs or products with egg as a protein treatment for the hair. This is good to use when your hair is breaking off.

i did too, i decided to bleach the tips of my hair, i let a friend do it and it got FRIED AND DEAD, it felt like straw so i had to chop a good 3 inches off of my hair, now its right below my shoulders, i need it to grow back

@sXeish Maybe you need to take in more protein from food. Also take a topical protein treatment for your hair, but MAKE SURE to follow up with a good moisturizer. Google aphogee. I’m gonna try that today. I just bought some and its suppose to be good
