@SexyGemini1 I think it will but u also have to use other products in order to help…I heard that Castor oil helps with thickness…My hair is already thick so when I tried that, my hair was so thick. If I tried to run my fingers through it, my hand would get stuck in my hair….You should try different things and see what works better for your hair type…As for the vitamins the results are different for everyone….GOOD LUCK =]

Have you ever tried biotin? If so, what’s your verdict? Also, where do you purchase these?
@darkangelO1 I dont take biotin because the Hair Skin and Nail Vitamins have biotin in them…You can get these at walmart or any pharmacy
