Yes. I’d recommend those who are on any kind of medications esp. for the heart to seek a doctor’s advice prior to taking either biotin or msm. You are most welcome 🙂

Great video! Where did you hear that changing the biotin intake is benefical?
stdspm14 says
Thanks! I read up on it. Its similar to working out. Your not suppose to do the same workout everyday, because after a while your body gets use to that workout, and it requires more or something different to intensify the results.

Thanks for sharing. I’ve been taking MSM supplements along with soy ( Try soy pills…they are super cheap too..like $2.99) and my hair is doing well. I keep my hair braided b/c I exercise but I have lots of new growth and everythings growing in even and lush. I also suggest to people to increase their lean protein if possible b/c I always see growth from that so…extra beans, fish, eggs..ya know.
Anyway, thanks for the video. Post more;)

I have a question about msm ( which is just sulfur ). I have used msm in the past with no significant hair growth or change, honestly. My hair grows anyways if maintained properly. While using msm, I saw nothing different about my hair, nor my daughters hair, which is very dry. The only thing that works for her is equal parts mixture of glycerin and water. I have heard that msm can alter hair texture. My question is, if msm does all that, why dont people achieve the same results from sulfur8?

can’t swallow pills so I’m going to try to find liquid MSM.

Your hair looks really good & healthy! How long was your hair before you started?
stdspm14 says
@NiahNicole You will have to look at my Video Titled Hair Journey 1
NiahNicole says
Okay, I see.. Do you feel as though getting relaxers are a contradiction to the hair growing process? Im about to start a regiment just like yours because of my hair loss, but Im still trying to figure out if i should go all natural during this growing process.
vandi135 says
Im really impressed with the information that she’s providing but, i do know that there is nothing like a good trim to keep healthy hair. Biotin is good though!!!!
Ninachos says
I myself use Vemma. Vemma provides a powerful liquid formula that makes it easy to get the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants you need to form a solid nutritional foundation. My hair has been growing really good since I been using it and so has my overal health. I got it at ninoschcaDOTvemmaDOTcom
